Start your new year right with professional


Initially, I always like to meet potential clients for an informal coffee and chat, this is free and relaxed and will give you an insight into what I can do for you. Once we have established your goals and aspirations, I will design a programme for you that week by week will get you smashing through perceived barriers and closer to your goals.


The sessions can vary hugely based on your individual programme but a combination of bodyweight and weighted exercises will be applied. Using your free class pass, you can come to one of my fitness classes to help you reach and surpass your goals!
